  • Client / You / Your: Any individual or entity accessing the Website or purchasing our Services.
  • Services: All writing, editing, ghostwriting, content creation, book cover design, proofreading, publishing, marketing, and related services provided by Book Writing Services USA.
  • Content: All manuscripts, drafts, notes, files, documents, or materials created or provided by the client or by us.

2. Scope of Services

Our services of professional book writing and other book related activities are offered by a team of professional authors, editors, designers, and publishing strategists. The area of work is strictly confined to the package or quote that was agreed upon at the time when he or she was purchasing. We have the right to change, increase or cancel services as we see necessary.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide clear, accurate, and complete instructions for your project
  • Share all required materials, references, and guidelines on time
  • Respond promptly to updates, drafts, and revision requests
  • Ensure that any content provided to us does not violate copyright laws
  • Make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your project aligns with your personal, professional, or publishing goals.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for Services must be made upfront or according to the agreed installment plan.
  • We accept payments through secure third-party processors.
  • Work on your project begins only after payment confirmation.
  • All invoices must be cleared on time to avoid delays in project delivery.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in pausing or canceling your project.

5. Refund Policy

We have a Refund Policy that regulates refunds, which can be found on the Website. Availing our Services indicate that you are aware of and accepting our refund policy.

In general:

  • Refunds are NOT provided once work has commenced or drafts have been delivered.
  • Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase are not eligible.
  • Disputes filed with payment processors without following our internal resolution process may result in legal action.

6. Project Delivery & Timelines

We aim to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines. However, delivery schedules may vary due to:

  • Delayed client feedback
  • Multiple revisions

We are not responsible for delays caused by the client or external factors beyond our control.

7. Revisions Policy

We make revisions depending on which package is bought. The purpose of revision is to refine and not to rewrite. Major structural changes or additions require additional payment. Revisions will not be entertained if:

  • The client changes the original project scope
  • The requested changes contradict earlier approved content
  • Revision requests exceed the allotted limit

8. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

8.1 Content Ownership

Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered manuscript/content. We retain no rights to completed, fully paid projects.

8.2 Ghostwriting

For ghostwriting projects, the client receives full authorship rights after project completion and payment.

9. Use of Work Samples

We do not require your permission to use what you have finished as part of our portfolio unless this project is subject to an agreement of confidentiality. In case you do not want your work to be disclosed, you can ask to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

10. Prohibited Activities

While accessing our Website or using our Services, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate any local, state, or federal laws
  • Copy or resell any content or materials from our Website
  • Submit plagiarized, harmful, defamatory, or illegal content
  • Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes
